The Role
The Folded Pizza Chef (FPC) independently produces the perfect tray baked pizza. From the flour mix and dough preparation in the dough mixer machine to the dough balls folding and laying on the tray techniques, to the artistic garnishing and perfect baking procedures for a soft and crunchy bite result.
The FPC is like an architect that knows how dough ferments, raises and bakes at the right temperatures, and understands how combining specific ingredients together can create stunning flavours for everyone’s taste. The FPC makes great food that is simple, genuine and accessible.

The Role
In a nutshell you will be empowered with the key skills to be a successful Team Leader and run shifts smoothly, have fun and smile a lot.
The Folded Team Leader (FTL) role is more than what you can find elsewhere. From the onboarding plan, to the external training for leaders, you will possess all the core skills of managing teams, service, production, ordering and everything related to the shop unit equipment and facilities. All designed for today’s modern food retail market.
